The Stages of the Tour
Day 1
An all-green full immersion awaits you! The mountains experienced on your bike will win you over pedal after pedal.
We start from Castel del Monte, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and we cross the highest plain of the Apennines, enjoying the vastness of the landscape and the beauty of the Gran Sasso National Park.
The wildlife here is wild and there will be no shortage of opportunities to spot deer, cows or even wolves.
Enjoy the pure, fresh mountain air, you will feel like you have never really breathed before! The locals really know how to enjoy this land, and a BBQ break at a famous eatery will win you over to the sound of arrosticini and cheese.
Back in the village, enjoy a free evening, get lost in the alleys and take panoramic photos of incredible views.

Day 2
Pedaling through the villages of this Gran Sasso area, we will relive moments of the ancient history of the Barony of Carapelle, while we will be enraptured by the beauty of this unique territory.
From Castel del Monte, reached the village of Calascio, you will ascend to its enchanting Rock, the highest fortress in the central Apennines!
Here the gaze meets the imposing mountain peaks and the surrounding valleys--a magical place where the silence is broken only by the breath of the wind caressing the stones and blades of grass.
The bike ride continues until we reach the medicean village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio, a small pearl of Abruzzo where man and nature have coexisted for centuries.
The two-wheeled experience will conclude with a tour through the ancient walls of the village of Castel del Monte, a real journey through time, through history and traditions closely related to transhumance and pastoral life.

Day 3
The surprises of this journey continue in the direction of Capestrano.
This village is also part of the most beautiful villages in Italy, thanks to its thousand-year history, and is a unique blend of art and nature.
And it is here that we will experience the last wild experience Of this trip: are you ready to paddle? Indeed, at the foot of the village flows one of the cleanest rivers in Italy, the Tirino, which we will cross by canoe to immerse ourselves in its magical natural setting.
You are exploring a hidden corner of Abruzzo that will enchant you with a path made of Deep gorges, waterfalls and breathtaking views.
After this glut of magical places and incredible food, we are sure that you will want more and that this region will be in your top list as destination of the heart.
